A leading manufacturer of liquid handling equipment uses an apartis system to address instruments located at customers in many different countries. Collecting live data from the devices while in operation enables continuous improvement of the products.

The project was developed on a royalty pricing model. The software is licensed to, and distributed exclusively by the equipment manufacturer.
