Advances in Lab Automation with apartis

Newport Beach (February 1, 2010): Thank you for making Lab Automation 2010 a success. We enjoyed meeting with our growing customer base, and discussing some interesting new projects with potential customers.

While Apartis team members were with customers, Roche’s Abel Villca Roque, Senior Software Engineer, Systems Development, a heavy user of Apartis software solutions, presented “Automated Techniques to Optimize Determination of Liquid Handling Pressure Limits in Highly Automated Blood Screening Systems”. Roche uses several Apartis customized software tools in their cobas s 201 system and automated Nucleic Acid Testing (NAT) system, for use in blood screening laboratories world-side to test individual of pooled donor samples.

Also at Lab Automation 2010, Hamilton Company publicly demonstrated one of their Apartis customized solutions, the TADM LAB Analyzer. This tool is has been proven to be of great value to various Hamilton customers including GLP labs, forensics groups, and diagnostic labs.
